Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a full-time Executive Assistant for our client, a prestigious private primary care practice in San Francisco, CA. What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide administrative support to C-level executive

- Communicate with and on behalf of C-level executive, board members, and staff

- Assist in meetings, take notes, and manage the executive’s complex calendar

- Prioritize duties and handle any arising conflicts proactively

- Ensure that projects are followed through and completed

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality

- Support management and aid with other various administrative duties

What You Need to Be Successful

- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level leaders

- Medical or healthcare experience is a huge plus but not required!

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

- Team player, willing to help across the company as needed.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Etc.), calendar management, and Salesforce.
