Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to lead the search for a Nursing Assistant for a prestigious medical institution in Central Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire position for immediate hire!
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Certification from approved Nurse Aide Training Program
-
Pass state test within 120 days of employment
-
Previous experience using sound judgment and independent decision making in work/life situations desirable
-
Sound clinical and personal judgement and professional demeanor
-
Independence and autonomy, when necessary, as well as the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team
-
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
-
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is desirable
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
-
Provide extraordinary personal care and perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required
-
Work closely with teams of doctors and patient care coordinators to ensure best patient health and satisfaction outcomes
-
Correspond directly with patients on a routine basis, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability
-
Maintain client documentation on activities, programs and other patient specific forms
-
Attend and participate in various educational and training meetings as required
-
Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a respectful manner
COMPENSATION
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive pay rate of $18.00+ / hour dependent on experience as well as health, dental, vision and other benefits after 30 days of employment!
