Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Human Resources Manager on behalf of our client, a leading home care provider in the scenic area of Redmond, Oregon! This key position is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle across multiple sites while contributing to an empowering and innovative workplace culture. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources, this full-time onsite position is available for immediate hire!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing payroll, policy, and employment-related inquiries.
  • Manage HR policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct investigations, manage incident reporting, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Lead workforce optimization efforts, ensuring efficient utilization of staff and resources.
  • Guide and support HR team members, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Process background checks, verifications, and workers' compensation or unemployment claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for multi-site or healthcare-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll processes, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
In addition to offering a competitive base salary (DOE) of $105,000 to $125,000, this incredible role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including substantial company contributions toward customizable health insurance plans, fully covered dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, company-paid life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program offering counseling and additional resources.
