Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client, a leading home care provider in beautiful Redmond, Oregon! This pivotal role is essential to the recruitment and onboarding experience, focusing on engaging top talent who align with the organization’s mission and culture. The Talent Acquisition Specialist develops and executes talent acquisition strategies, overseeing each hiring process phase—from job ad creation and sourcing to onboarding—and ensures strong visibility on job platforms like Indeed. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role is full-time, onsite, and available for immediate hire!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and optimize job postings to attract top talent across multiple markets, including ad strategy on platforms like Indeed.
  • Administer and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficient and streamlined hiring processes.
  • Conduct active and passive sourcing of candidates to build a strong pipeline.
  • Screen and assess candidates for cultural alignment and qualifications fit.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to coordinate final interviews.
  • Oversee pre-boarding tasks, including offer letters, background checks, and compliance documentation.
  • Organize and facilitate orientation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update departmental processes as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for recruiting agencies and job site representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting, with proven ATS proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, with knowledge of HIPAA best practices for handling confidential information.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
In addition to offering a competitive base salary (DOE) of $70,000 to $90,000, this incredible role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including substantial company contributions toward customizable health insurance plans, fully covered dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, company-paid life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program offering counseling and additional resources.
