Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Property Manager on behalf of a privately owned property management company located near Shrewsbury, MA! This full-time position is for immediate hire.

PERKS:

• Annual salary range of $60,000-75,000 plus a long list of robust benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lease apartment homes from a beautiful contemporary office and model, all in the same building.
• Generate traffic/appointments through company-supported advertisements, agencies, Internet sites, and referrals.
• Manage the Sales process from start to finish.
• Maintain your closing ratio to ensure a high level of occupancy.
• General Administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 3 year Leasing/ Leasing Sales.
• Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize a must.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email and Web research.
• MUST live within 30 minutes of the community.
