Scion Staffing, Inc. (www.scionstaffing.com), a full-service national staffing firm, has been engaged to conduct a search for a Temporary Accounting Manager for a fast-growing luxury hotel company located in Palo Alto, CA.

This contract position will be supporting the acting Director of Finance while they are onboarding a new employee.
 

Requirements:

• Must have extensive working knowledge of SunSystems accounting software and be able to immediately start pulling reports/ building custom reports and gathering historical data
• Must have strong balance sheet reconciliation skills (including bank reconciliation)
• Must have strong P&L preparation skills
• Must be proficient in MS Excel
• Hospitality experience a plus

Compensation and Schedule:

• Contract length: 3-6 weeks

• Train onsite at the company for a few days then will be a fully remote role
• Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Pay rate range $75hr-$81hr
