Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) is conducting a search for a contract Part-Time Medical Screener for our client, a well-known Global Consulting company in Columbus, OH. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking temperature with an Infrared Thermometer  (non-touch) of employees, visitors, and contractors who enter the premise
  • Taking and recording vital signs of patients
  • Documenting pass/fail of temperature
  • Answering questions regarding the process
  • Asking health screening related questions regarding travel history, contacts, and symptoms related to Covid-19
  • Performing other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of clinical procedures, medical terminology; ability to communicate effectively (oral/written)
  • Ability to be discrete and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication via e-mail, telephone, and in-person
  • Must be flexible and be able to adapt to a changing work environment


COMPENSATION:
This opportunity offers a pay rate of $20 + hourly, depending on experience!
