Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com), has been engaged to conduct a high priority contract Staffing Coordinator search for our client, a medical related nonprofit located in Hillsboro, Oregon. This will be an approximate three-month project and does have the possibility of turning into a full-time employment opportunity for an all-star employee. Responsibilities:

• Help the busy talent acquisition team assist candidates with the application process.
• Serve as the first point of contact for applicant questions.
• Answer candidate queries via email and telephone.
• Coordinate interviews and perform scheduling.
• Create requisitions and job summaries for postings.
• Help with the initial candidate screening process.
• Synchronize applicant travel and manage reimbursements

Compensation:

$20 to $24 per hour DOE, plus excellent work environment, and robust benefits package upon conversion!
