Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to lead the search for a Registered Charge Nurse for a skilled nursing facility in Central Ohio. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position for immediate hire!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Active Ohio RN license and current BLS certification
• Minimum of two years experience as an RN
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center
• Sound clinical and personal judgement and professional demeanor
• Proven leader with track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
• Independence and autonomy, when necessary, as well as the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guideline that pertain to long-term care

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide personal nursing care for residents and leadership to the nursing staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care
• Work closely with teams of doctors and patient care coordinators to ensure best patient health and satisfaction outcomes
• Corresponds directly with patients on a routine basis, fostering a relationship of trust and reliability
• Documents all therapies, procedures, medications, and clinically relevant patient interaction into the electronic medical record 
• Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care

COMPENSATION

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity offering a competitive pay rate of $33.00+ / hour (DOE).
