Scion Staffing (www.scionstaffing.com) has been engaged to conduct a search for an immediate contract Facility Assistant position for our client, a premier self-storage company with multiple locations in Tampa, FL!

A starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the General Manager with administrative work, sales and client relations.

Splitting time between two self-storage locations in Port Richey and Tampa, FL.

Light facility maintenance and cleaning. (No heavy lifting required.)
- Greeting customers and taking payments while providing exceptional customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Refined customer service skills.

Positive attitude and dependable nature.
-
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities and function independently and as a team member.

A history of taking initiative to learn new tasks, research and grow your skills and ability.
-
Knowledgeable with Yardy and Sharepoint is preferred but not required.
COMPENSATION:
This role offers immediate employment with a starting pay rate of $18.00 along with health, dental, and retirement benefits while on assignment! Aside from the opportunity to work with a truly amazing company and positive team.
