In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for volunteers in this organization and will work with the management team. You will be managing and scheduling requests for volunteer assistance and communicating with clients and volunteers to ensure requests have been followed through.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate with clients, staff, and volunteers to coordinate and schedule activities and meet the needs of assigned cases

Conduct information sessions for volunteers, handle onboarding calls, and ensure consistent information is shared and tracked in the volunteer’s record

Utilize Salesforce to identify and source volunteers, track requests, and process volunteers

Assist in the development of the volunteer programs to improve programs, processes, and products

Be available to staff and volunteers to answer questions related to volunteer program activities, opportunities, and strategies—including annual office trainings

Provide support to program growth and expansion by managing projects and subprograms as assigned by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
1-2 years of customer service over the phone experience

1-2 years of experience with volunteer engagement in a nonprofit preferred

Understanding of Salesforce preferred

Proficiency in Google Suite (G Suite)

Experience with phone/calling software
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This contract opportunity allows you to work with an enthusiastic and thriving nonprofit organization! The hourly rate for this role ranges between $22-$24 per hour.
