Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Executive Assistant for our client, a wonderful Nonprofit organization focused on implementing entrepreneurship-based, experiential learning to ignite the potential of youth in under-resourced communities and equip them for high school, college, and career success. This is a Full-Time, Fully Remote, Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
 
As the Executive Assistant will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), President, and Chief Development Officer (CDO).

What You Will Be Doing
As a cautionary measure, our Client is asking all employees to be fully vaccinated by the date of hire. If an eligible candidate is unable to get the COVID-19 vaccine due to a religious, medical, or disability-related reason the client will make available appropriate reasonable accommodations.
 
Scheduling:
  • Manage busy and changing schedules for the CEO, President, and CDO using Google products.
  • Collaborate with the Senior National Director to prioritize the CEO and President’s schedules based on the organization’s top priorities. 
  • Serve as a liaison for external appointments of the CEO, President, and CDO, ensuring meeting timelines are met. 
  • Coordinate local and national travel arrangements for the CEO, President, CDO, and Senior National Director, creating detailed itineraries. 
Operations:
  • Serve as a confidential administrative assistant to the CEO, President, CDO, and Senior National Director. 
  • Organize and manage the department’s knowledge management and communication tools, ensuring compliance with organization-wide standards
  • Coordinate expense reporting for the CEO, President, CDO, and Senior National Director. 
  • Provide administrative support for National Board management to the Senior National Director
External Affairs:
  • Partner with the Senior National Director to handle incoming information and requests from external stakeholders, including drafting responses for emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. 
  • Prepare and distribute documents for the CEO, including outgoing mail and email, based on dictated drafts. 
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and CDO on a wide range of topics and diverse audiences
  • Conduct research as requested, primarily prospect research, web searches, phone contact, and providing recommendations where appropriate. 
  • Manage relationship management within NXT/Raiser’s Edge for the CEO, President, and CDO, ensuring donor gift follow-up and acknowledgments.

What You Have To Offer
  • 3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Successful collaboration with a senior-level management team. 
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Independent management of constituent records and reporting using CRM software, specifically Raiser’s Edge required. 
  • Proficiency in G-suite, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools 
  • Curiosity and interest in research, with the ability to quickly uncover facts and draw insights
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including engagement with diverse audiences, including C-suite and high-net work individuals
  • Compliance with the client’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, with consideration for reasonable accommodations based on medical or religious exemptions as required by law.

Compensation And Benefits
This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team! The pay range for this role is $38-44 hourly DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision through Scion Staffing after one month of employment! Additional benefits are offered upon conversion to permanent hire.
