Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual (Spanish) Healthcare Recruiter for our client, a community hospital dedicated to improving health and wellness for families in Chicago, IL! This is a wonderful, hybrid, full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a mission-driven team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and lead the recruitment strategy for talent acquisition and workforce planning to include partnering with leadership to forecast current and anticipated talent needs.
  • Use technology to attract patient-centric employees and improve the candidate experience.
  • Manage vendor relations for the recruiting systems.
  • Create innovative training solutions to support our recruiting programs and staffing models.
  • Partner with HR and other leads to design and negotiate candidate offers and provide feedback on recruiting tactics to attract candidates.
  • Build recruitment analytic reporting.
  • Cultivate relationships with universities and community leaders to contribute to the growth of our team.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute the campus recruiting strategies for trainees and interns.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day sourcing needs of the leadership team including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and administering appropriate assessment and reference/background checking.
  • Lead the development of recruiting policies and procedures and ensures policies are compliant with all city and state regulations.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced competitive field.
  • Proficient in using internet resources, in-person interaction, industry relationships, and other creative approaches to advance the recruiting function.
  • Proficient in current recruitment technology, trends, and developing data analytics for recruitment systems.
  • Ability to lift 15-25lbs.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred

COMPENSATION:
This opportunity offers a salary of $75,000 to $125,000 annually as well as comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays).
