Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Crisis Case Manager for our client, a highly regarded, non-profit organization in Los Angeles! This is a wonderful full-time opportunity to join an inspiring as well as mission-driven team!  

The Case Manager provides direct advocacy and support to those who have been impacted by exploitation. As a Case Manager/Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for clients' rights and needs. This position contributes directly to the development and implementation of impactful programs and positively impact the lives of survivors.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide crisis response and advocacy support for clients within 90 minutes of crisis call throughout Los Angeles County 
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop individualized service and safety plans.
- Support clients in navigating complex systems, such as law enforcement, immigration, court processes and social services.
- Work in collaboration with Department of Children and Family Services, Probation, FBI, the District Attorney’s office, victim service providers, and local law enforcement
- Maintain strong knowledge of current community resources available for clients. - Assist clients with identification of needs and services, along with linkage to resources to meet identified needs and services.
- Coordinate resources for clients related to housing, employment, physical and mental health, education, finances, legal assistance, etc.
- Actively engage in regular supervision sessions, including one (1) hour of individual or two (2) hours of group supervision with a clinical supervisor on a weekly basis.
- Discuss and analyze client interventions, progress, and treatment plans during supervision sessions. 


What you need to be successful:
- 1 year of crisis intervention experience
- 1 year of case management experience

Compensation:
