Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Salesforce Coordinator for our client, a wonderful Nonprofit organization focused on empowering underrepresented students to achieve their life goals through the power of education and connecting them to tools, resources, and a supportive community! This is a Full-Time, Fully Remote within a commutable distance to San Francisco, Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
 
As the Nonprofit Salesforces Coordinator, you will utilize your high attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain and manage the pipeline of donors, supporters, and corporate and institutional partners who invest. 
 
What You Will Be Doing
Gifts Processing Responsibilities:
  • Upload check batches, EFT/ACH transactions, stock gifts, and virtual check transfers to Salesforce CRM with attention to detail and quality control. 
  • Include supplemental gift information such as check copy scans and email correspondence in each opportunity. 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Development and Communications to ensure quality control and personalize gift acknowledgment letters within 24-48 hours. 
Finance Administrative Support:
  • Regularly meet with the Senior Accountant to review the upload status and address any missing reports or acknowledgments. 
  • Scan and upload check batch scans to Google Drive. 
Data Entry & Salesforce Management Responsibilities:
  • Enter, verify, and edit donor-giving data to ensure by comparing documents with Salesforce database. 
  • Manage and organize donor and development data in Salesforce, working closely with the Salesforce Admin Consultant.
  • Update and add data fields, optimize page layouts, and utilize new features and apps in Salesforce to enhance user experience.
     
What You Have To Offer
  • 1- 2 years experience working in gifts processing, nonprofit development, and/or a related field
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Salesforce required.
  • Accuracy, timeliness, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Maintain strict donor confidentiality
  • Experience working from home with the ability to be self-directed and deadline-driven
  • A commitment to client’s mission in the education space with a desire to prioritize DEI.
     
Compensation And Benefits
This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team! The pay range for this role is $28 hourly DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision through Scion Staffing after one month of employment! Additional benefits are offered upon conversion to permanent hire.
