Co-create, implement, and manage Statewide training, support, onboarding, and relationship building for partner sites.

Educate and support partners and regions to ensure all partner commitments are understood and actualized.

Monitor tracking of programmatic outcomes and reports to inform program strategy and tactics with all appropriate stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with Program Director to manage implementation benchmarks of the program.

Strategical support of the design, implementation, and evaluation of the program.

Work with strategic partners and consultants to further program development efforts.

Lead and Facilitate Continuous Quality Improvement process, Learning & Reflection, and Process Team.

Develop high quality relationships both internally and externally to move the work forward.

Supervise and motivate 3-5 program staff while creating a climate where people can be their best.

Be willing to provide direct reports with timely and high-quality feedback while adhering to a continuous growth mindset.

Establish clear directions and feedback loops, create stretch goals and manage workload of direct reports while maintaining two-way dialog.

Be able to communicate the vision and purpose of the program to motivate and inspire internal and external partners both verbally and in writing.

Foster collaboration across functions strategically during internal and external meetings.

Be able to learn, grown, participate and lead Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access initiatives (IDEA).

Effective presentation skills in one-on-one, small, and large groups, with peers, direct reports, local and national audiences. Be able to manage group process during presentations and able to adapt midstream.

Create and maintains program specific SOP’s as needed.

Attend program and staff meetings as needed.

Maintain confidentiality regarding partner organizations, and children served.

Assist with staff orientation and onboarding as needed.

Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Project Director.

Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, drug and alcohol education or criminology is preferred.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to identify needs unique to various diverse populations including those of different gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnic group, race, and physical or mental capacity and address those needs with community resource referrals.

Have a positive presence and high emotional intelligence in all situations.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
-
Extensive nonprofit program management experience.
-
Experience with project management experience, Microsoft Office Suites, and SharePoint.
-
Experience with SACWIS preferred.
